In accordance with the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act (65 Pa.C.S. §§ 701–716), Elizabethville Borough posts the agenda for each public meeting at least 24 hours in advance. The agenda lists each matter of agency business that will or may be the subject of deliberation or official action and is made available on this website (if maintained), at the Borough’s principal office, and at the meeting location, with copies provided to attendees, as required under Section 709(c.1) and related provisions.
